At The School Club we offer a local pre school and after school facility to the parents of Barlborough and surrounding areas for busy parents and carers. We accommodate Barlborough, Renishaw and Spinkhill School. We also have a holiday club scheme for anyone that may need us during the school holidays.
A typical Breakfast Club session starts at 8:00am and includes a breakfast and numerous choices of activities prior to the start of the school day. We do offer a 7.30am or 7.45am start at an additional cost.
The After School Session starts when we collect the children from Barlborough Primary School and take the short walk back to The Little School. We collect Renishaw and Spinkhill children via our mini buses but have a limited number per mini bus per day. A light tea and drinks are provided such as home-made French baguette pizzas, pasta dishes, wraps and sandwiches. Our activities range from a variety of toys, role play area, construction, play station and educational Ipad games, craft activities, outdoor fun etc and we also provide a 'quiet area for the children that may need to simply catch up on homework. We close at 6pm.
The holiday club scheme offers parents and carers peace of mind that their children can be looked after during the school holidays. We open from 8am-6pm but also offer flexible half day sessions. All three meals are included, breakfast, dinner and tea. We watch movies (cinema style), play with toys, themed activities, crafts, cooking, we occasionally walk to the park and also have day trips out.
Our staff are fully qualified and the majority have been with us for many years in our local Fairy Tales Day Nursery, also in Barlborough. To book your child's School Club place or to simply arrange a visit, please call us on 07444640589.

Breakfast Session: £4.00 (includes breakfast)
After School Session: £7.50 (includes light tea)
Holiday club 8am – 6pm non term time , includes foods and drinks £25 and £15 for a half day.
Travel from Spinkhill and Renishaw school is provided by our school club mini bus and we walk from Barlborough school to the little school, parent's consent for this is required.
